The very popular kid company, Disney, are planning on making new live-action remakes of old cartoons they have already produced. Disney is making these movies in the studios at their company. The movies are planned to be released in the next year.
Disney is doing this to bring back classic movies with a twist on them. With these movies, they are planning to use very popular actors and actresses, such as Will Smith and Emma Stone. Will Smith is signed to play Genie in the new “Aladdin”. They are remaking the movies that include and not limited to, “Christopher Robin” (“Winnie the Pooh”), “Dumbo”, “Aladdin”, “Lion King”, “Mulan”, “Jungle Book” a sequel to the already made live-action version, and “Cinderella”.
“Tim Burton will direct Disney’s live-action remake Dumbo, the 1941 classic about a circus elephant teased for his large ears. According to Disney, the live-action script expands on the original story with some added changes, including the introduction of a human family,” this is stated on Time.com.
