Review of “The Quiet Place”

I went to see the movie “The Quiet Place,” in theaters on April 13th. The movie was about a family that was the last people alive in a monster-infested world. The only way they were safe was by being completely quiet. The monsters only way of tracking them was through hearing since it was blind.

The daughter was deaf and her father was trying to build her hearing aids so she could hear and be in less danger. The director was John Krasinski, who played Jim on the tv show, The Office. He cast his real-life wife, Emily Blunt, as his wife in the movie.

I thought that the movie was really good. There were few jump scares that were scarier due to the quietness of the rest of the movie. I would give it five out of five stars.
